Farmfest 2009

Rain and clouds could not keep the determined Farmfest participants away from Stellmar Farm. Thanks to the efforts of our volunteers, family and friends, we were able to provide activities throughout the weekend for our visitors including the guess the weight of the giant pumpkin contest. As Mary Bell, our contest winner who came closest to the actual weight of the giant can attest to, it was too heavy for one person to lift; and believe us they tried! As usual we had an array of activities for kids and adults. The weather held out for most of the weekend allowing many adults and children to enjoy the pumpkin painting, face painting, temporary tatoos, warm cider, giant pumpkin weight guessing and much more! Thanks to Adam, Amy, Erin, Sarah, Tracey, and Victoria for providing the fun activities and welcoming the visitors to Stellmar farm. (You guys were awesome!)
